I have a Nintendo DS and my Dad wants an F1 game, but so far we’ve been failing at looking for one. I’m just curious to know if there actually is one, but where to find one would be cool too.

No, but there is a Game Boy Advance F1 game–which can be played on the DS. They’re no longer in production, but you can find one on e-bay.
Alternatively though, the DS game that would probably come the closest would be the Indianapolis 500 series.

there actually is one, Indianapolis 500 Legends, it’s not great though.. but it might be for him since it uses the waaaay back cars and goes through the 50’s-60’s. but he might like it. go to gamefaqs.com and search it to get some more reviews..
