These days with the cost of material and inflation, the cost would be in the billions of euros. The exact amount depends on the length of the track, location, and stand capacity and whether they are covered with a roof or not and have actual seats or just benches. The more luxury’s and things that are build will vary the price tag. You also have to remember that building a track isn’t the same as building a fancy street; race tracks require a LOT more material so as to make sure they are durable. You then have long term costs of maintaining the track, etc. F1 tracks are especially expensive as they require many luxury amenities for the many wealthy people that come to see F1 races. Building a track is one thing, but building one for Formula1 can be a whole different story, and that’s where that cost in billions comes into play.
